GoPlus Security (GPS) Surges Over 15% After Binance Listing News

GoPlus Security (GPS) Sees Significant Gains After Binance Listing

Binance, the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has revealed its plan to integrate GPS tokens, which power GoPlus Security, into its trading platform. This innovative company offers open, permissionless security services driven by users for the evolving Web3 landscape.

Additionally, GPS will be included in Binance's HODLer airdrops. This initiative rewards holders of BNB with token airdrops based on their historical BNB balance snapshots.

Binance Listing Details: Essential Information for Users

GoPlus Security specializes in providing comprehensive coverage across major blockchain networks through its multidimensional risk detection system. Based on a recent announcement from Binance, the GPS token will commence trading on the exchange starting Tuesday, March 4, at 13:00 UTC, with select trading pairs available.

“Binance is excited to list GPS on March 4, 2025, at 13:00 (UTC), trading against USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY pairs,” states the official announcement.

Following this announcement, the price of GPS skyrocketed, witnessing an impressive surge of 16%.

Users eager to trade can begin depositing GPS tokens at 10:20 UTC. Given the token's new presence in the market, Binance will implement a seed phrase. This unique identifier aims to differentiate GPS from other tokens.

Moreover, Binance has announced that it will not charge any listing fees for GPS, enabling users to trade the GoPlus Security token without incurring additional costs.

In addition to its trading listing, the GPS token is also part of the Binance Exchange HODLer airdrops program, where BNB holders will receive allocations. This reward system retroactively benefits users and serves as an effective method to earn additional tokens.

“Binance proudly announces GoPlus Security (GPS) as the 11th project on the HODLer Airdrops page. BNB subscribers to Simple Earn (Flexible or Locked) and On-Chain Yields products from February 19, 2025, to February 24, 2025, will be eligible for the airdrop distribution,” the exchange elaborated.

This recent listing and addition to the HODLer airdrops program marks yet another milestone in Binance’s collaborative journey with GoPlus Security. Previously, in December 2022, YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs) led a private funding round to support the company’s development.

The funds are intended to enhance GoPlus Security’s technology, establish a marketplace for security services, and attract top talent to cultivate a safer and more user-centric Web3 ecosystem. In April of the same year, GoPlus Security secured multi-million-dollar funding, although Binance was not a participant.
